I remember the first post on Apostolic Blogging…
All this has my mind thinking over the issue of being a messenger. Has the thought ever crossed your mind that the Lord has given you a stewardship with your blog? A stewardship with your readership?
That first post led to several more which in turn led to the development of a primary focus at The Fight Spot: Apostolic Blogging. One of the topics I recieve the most feedback about. So I thought I would put together a few posts that I would highlight as ‘favorites’.
If you are a writer then this - more than any other time in history - is your hour. You have the opportunity to influence literally billions of people; and you can do it from your laptop in Starbucks.
2. The Person Behind The Posts
If Leonard Ravenhill was alive for the Web 2.0 age he might have said something like, Public blogging should be the result of private weeping.
3. How To be a Christian Blogger on a Non-Christian Blog
This is the most important thing you need to know. Within each person is a God Shaped Hole. It is a longing for eternity - a longing for God.
Do you have a favorite? Which post has helped you the most?

@ Shawn: Apologies that this is kind of off-topic, but semi-relates. You often seem to produce incredibly clear, high-quality pictures of websites, programs, and screenshots from your mac. Is their a program you use to do this?

@ Couch: I use Vanilla Soap’s capture widget to grab a full windows, or widgets, etc.
Also I just hit CMD+SHIFT+4 to do a cross-hair drag & capture.

Hi Shawn:
As I write this comment I’m not sure I even remember how I stumbled upon this space, but I would say it was the Holy Spirit. It’s been neat throughout the day to read about your passion for Jesus, your heart for ministry, and your desire to use this sacred space for His Kingdom and glory. Right on!
I track with you on so many levels, because I am 27 and headed to seminary this fall after being a young missionary for 3 years, I’ve recently resurrected my own ’sacred space’ that I abandoned about 20 months ago with the hopes of writing for Jesus and His Kingdom, and I also love Jesus…so we’re almost twins
Anyway, look forward to exploring more of this site and digitally connecting through this community.
be His,
jeremy
