LOL. After all this time, there are still moments when pancakes are my first thought at the mention of IHOP. Old habits, I guess. My friend and a teacher at the local HOP loves to cook, so I could not resist sending her the link.
shawn, were you being prophetic w/o even knowing it? do you remember the word about the IHOP pancakes stock that Jo referred to above…something about boulder crashing through the roof and open heavens when the stock shoots up!
