Another FTSA Giveaway: Virb Beta Invite

February 12th, 2007 | Blogging | Syndicate Content

virbI just received a few more invites to the Virb Beta site and wanted to give one away to you guys. What better procedure than to have another giveaway on the site? I love these things (and I know you do too. Don’t deny it). This one is fun and easy!

To enter all you have to do is:

  1. Subscribe to my RSS feed
  2. Leave a comment telling us your favorite Christian blog and why

If you want to write a whole post about that blog then go for it, and then leave a link to the post in the comments section. (It doesn’t have to be FTSA. I won’t give any special attention to brown-nosers, though they are always welcome…)

    yea, i’ve been subscribed.
march 5th is national sleep awareness week and i expect some exilirating posts from FTSA in honor of the dichotomy between the two…which could possibly make FTSA my favorite blog (for atleast that week).

    1. I’m already subscribed. Ben, RSS makes reading or not reading a blog easy. I read about 10 blogs I’d probably only ready a couple if it were not for RSS.

    2. Sliker…he writes way too long and yet I find myself drawn in. Steeno would be a close second if he’d stop talking about Global Warming:) Shawn, I wouldn’t be blogging if it were not for you…Thanks man.

My favorite blog is http://brianzahnd.com and here is why (per directions :) ) He is a pastor, and writes from the heart with enough intelligence to make me think instead of being entertained. He provokes me to pursue the Holy all the more. Your site, Mosh the Jotlong’s and a few others are inspiring as well. I praise God for all of you.

Virb is a social network sight. I have never been into social networking sights but this one is different. It has clean content and is very user friendly, with lots of sweet features.

One thing I love most about Virb is that it has an incredible site design and layout. It’s very easy to work with, very clean and customizable.

favorite christian blog? um… Sign of Jonah. Just kidding, it’s probably my dad’s…

@ Jackson: There’s a difference between the comment subscription manager and the RSS Feed.

The RSS feed is only updated when there is new content on my site.

The Comment Subscription sends an email whenever someone posts a new comment on a thread that you’re ’subscribed’ to.

As far as my fave Christian blogs go, its gonna be either Openswitch yours or Natalie Jost. All three for the way they talk openly and honestly. They may not stay on topic but the way they write just shows how they have a passion for Christ and how much he is in their lives!
