An Aside is a post that is not directly related to the focus of this blog. It is still a legitimate post, but it is a side comment.

Since they are side comments the asides get special treatment. They are posted without the title header or any other info that goes along with a main post.

You can recognize an aside because it has a little star next to it, and is followed by {X comments}.

They seem to be self explanatory. In fact the first aside I left up as a test got a decent amount of activity (when I was expecting none).

One thing you can expect from the Asides are quotes from Bartlett’s Familiar Quotations.

In fact, this book and it’s contents are the primary motivation for me setting up asides on this blog.
