David Sliker has given myself and FTSA our first ever (unofficial) review.
He says;
“And these [International House of Prayer] blogs represent the expression of pent-up ideas that have been waiting to be tried and tested while we are still in relatively friendly waters. These are ideas in the making. Many have noted a change in Shawn Blanc’s blog. There is an increase of ’spiritual content’ lately, according to the commenters themselves. Was this purposeful? Maybe a little on Shawn’s part - and definitely a lot on God’s part. The leader of the prayer movement [God] has been stirring a key messenger to write, and the content of his heart and time in a little room over the last year is beginning to spill over into his normative habit of writing a successful web journal. How could this not happen? It’s as natural as beginning to really love your neighbor because you’re really starting to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. How could Shawn not express the ideas and phrases that are being birthed in his heart when he touches God in the prayer room?”
Read the whole post here (it’s excellent).

Shawn,
You have been one of my inspirations for blogging. I think you fall in somewhere between Randy & David as my favorite bloggers.
Steeno has a great blog too!

That is awesome. I’m taking a year of Jubilee and not pushing forward with my writing too much this year, but I do thank you for your contribution. You have made me think, challenged me and caused me to press in harder at times. It is all good.
Something is stirring….

@ChriS: So you’re saying I’m in the top three somewhere or I’m for sure number 2 and it’s a toss up between Dave and Randy for 1st and 3rd?
@Ronni: Enjoy your year. I hope that you’ll still be around to read and comment.

Shawn,
I enjoy reading your blogs. I have been stirred to begin writing as well. I have never been much of a writer but like David Sliker said, “How could Shawn not express the ideas and phrases that are being birthed in his heart when he touches God in the prayer room?” I feel the same way in my times with God. You have also stirred my to drink Americano’s. I have always been a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato guy. Lord Bless

Can’t pick between the other two who is number one. Actually if I’d won one of your contests-you’d be number 1 cause I fall for presents.

@ChriS: I see how it goes… You have to bribe someone to get into their top spot.
@Hollie: Thanks for concurring.
