JR was the main character on a series called “Dallas” - basically a sicko evening soap opera that my family was addicted to in my childhood. Someone shot him (we later learned it was Kristen) and on season finale they found him face down in the swimming pool on the Texas ranch his family owned. All summer the rage was t-shirts and other stuff that said, “WHO SHOT JR?”. It ended up that he lived, but no one knew until the fall when the series started up again.

I agree, anointed cd. I am making it my project to enlighten my intercessor friends about IHOP and the worship teams there. We are listening to the cd during our prayer times together and everyone really likes it. Favorite track: Wake me up.

    What does ’sophmore release’ mean?
Shawn, you are sure full of mystery!! or is this the same as the thing you are giving away? Are you giving away the album? But that wouldn’t make sense either b/c you would want that album to be advertised, not kept quiet.

    OOOOO I’m sooooo confused!!

@ Esther - Here is a Rock Music Lesson for the day:

    1. Sophomore release means 2nd.
    2. Freshman means 1st.
    3. Nobody ever says junior or senior release.

And, there is no relation between this post and the christmas giveaway.

Although that would be funny Shawn! I must say that’d be a great marketing ploy…. talk about a secret object for a long time and it turn out to be the cd!

    WHO SHOT JR?

As I recall, the brilliant TV writers selected the “dream flashback” device to show him alive and well the next morning; the nightmare was over.

    How lame.
