1,000,000 TV viewers
10,000 people in the room
12 band members on the stage
3 sound guys making things work
2 leaders watching me
1 stressed out stage manager (me)
I’ve never had to count down on a microphone to cue 10,000 people for a live TV show while picking up empty coffee cups, checking monitors and helping Anne House listen to Mike Bickle on headphones. Whew….
This is the busiest I’ve ever been in my whole life.
It is the largest onething conference yet (they are setting up an overflow room as I blog), and my first time as stage manager (I had no idea what I was signing up for when I volunteered for this job).
I know many of you who read this are probably here. So if you happen to have hacked the secure wireless, and you’re checking my blog, come say ‘hi’ to me. I’m the goofy guy hanging out backstage trying to answer people’s questions.
Speaking of live TV - Check me and Merchant Band out tonight…
That’s right my friends. From 8pm-11pm EST you can watch Merchant Band on Live TV.
Go to www.god.tv for chanel listings (on Direct TV) or you can even watch live on the website.
In Other News…
The Christmas Giveaway is over, but I have not yet had a chance to randomly select the winner. I will do that early next week and announce it and send an e-mail to the winner.

Love you buddy and hey don’t stress yourself out too much.

For the simple fact that you have actually managed to compose some thoughts and find time to blog during the wonderful madness that is One-Thing, while also stage managing… I applaud you
