Having a vision is not enough in itself. It is great, but we have to follow through with that vision.
If we’re not actually doing what we want then it doesn’t count. Just wanting doesn’t count in the end.
If you want to be a man or woman who knows the Bible then you have to read it, let alone study it. I bet most people who consider themselves called by God to be preachers or worship leaders don’t even read the Bible on a daily basis. That is poor time management my friends.
What are ways that you can practically put your goals into intentional application.

i can’t explain how to fall in love with Jesus & his every word and thought, but when that happens nothing else matters, and it is then you start managing your time perfectly efficient.
