The contents of my calzone that I will be eating tonight. My parents are in town, and my mom loves to cook. Several years ago she tried her hand at calzones built with homemade bread, marinara sauce and fresh ingredients.

The result was an addiction by all who have tasted and seen that these suckers rock!

Tonight my mom is cooking for a few of us. It’s gonna be good. My next post promises to be full of “mmmm-that-was-good”s.
