This weekend’s question is stolen from the interview questions for next week’s submission in the Week of Interviews. (By the way, if you haven’t done your own submission you only have a few days left to get a chance to be featured next week.)
The Survey Question Is:
If you could only preach one sermon / teach one lesson / give one speech for the rest of your life what would the topic be and what would be your point?

I’ve always felt a strong calling to minister directly to those in the church that are in a lukewarm, compromised lifestyle.
If I could only preach one message to them it would be the message of wholeheardetness. Pursuing Christ in intimacy and urgency.

I seem to be stuck on Song 5 and John 17:3. I long to impart the urgency of KNOWING our Beloved in so many ways. Not just a superficial knowledge, but an intimate knowledge that the woman in Song 5 knows Him. She has studied Him and all His attributes. It’s not a casual knowledge. It’s not a casual relationship
