I AM CONTINUALLY meeting people or talking to old friends who have a sincere heart for God and are trying to live in wholeheartedness, but there’s something missing. They’re unwounded. The church is full of people who have not yet been wounded. They haven’t gotten the limp like Jacob; the coal like Isaiah; or been cut to the heart like Peter’s 3,000.
There is only one thing that causes a wound in our hearts and souls for God:
Him: His emotions. His desire. His jealousy for us.
When we fall in love with God because we realize He loves us then we get wounded. It’s a wound that leaves us feeling the need for more. We can’t settle for our standard Christian life. We need a deeper encounter and a more intimate friendship with Christ.
There are so many sincere believers out there that are trying their best to be diligent and faithful but they’re still walking around with no limp.
The Lord is raising up apostolic, prophetic messengers
There is coming a day when entire congregations and whole cities will have an Isaiah 6 encounter with the Living God.
The Lord is now preparing those who will prepare the church. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that the Church in America needs substance.
God is now in the midst of preparing those who will preach and prophecy with their words and their deeds. Their very life will be a prophetic judgment and proclamation of the emotions of God, and lead many unwounded Christians into a life of radical friendship with God.

Well put. It is the wound that makes us walk not as others. Oh Lord let me worship you while leaning on my staff. For when we are weak then we are oh so strong. Christ in us the hope of Glory
